Maria A. Hudson, is Senior Of Counsel for the firm. Maria was born in Santiago de Cuba but was raised in Miami, Florida. Maria received a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Florida International University in 1993 and earned her Juris Doctorate degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in Florida in 1996.

Maria works for the firm in the Real Estate department and focuses her practice in the areas of Real Estate, Corporate Law and Business Transactions. Maria represents individuals and corporations in the acquisition and disposition of residential and commercial real property, leasing and title insurance matters. Maria also has considerable experience in representing clients in a wide range of corporate and business transactions, including corporate formation and mergers and acquisitions.
