Charles W. Flynn III is a Partner with the firm. Charles was admitted to practice law in Florida in 1975. He attended University of Notre Dame and graduated in 1971 with a Bachelor’s degree in History. He received a Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law in 1975. Charles is from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Charles is a member of the Dade County Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, and Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers. He was also admitted to practice in Pennsylvania (inactive status at this time).
Charles specializes in personal injury, medical malpractice, insurance law (including coverage issues), products liability and general civil trial law. Mr. Flynn has tried well over 300 cases in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Monroe, Hillsborough and St. Lucie Counties, Florida. He received an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Charles served on the Dade County Bar Association’s Grievance Committee from 2014 through 2018, where he served as both a board member and the board’s chair.
