Elizabeth D. Grant
Elizabeth Dresner Grant is an associate attorney of the firm practicing in the areas of estates, administration, probate litigation, trust & guardianships.
With strong ties to the South Florida community, Elizabeth was born and raised in Miami. She graduated with honors from the University of Miami with a Bachelor’s degree, and received her Juris Doctorate from Florida International University's College of Law. While in law school, Elizabeth interned for two Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court Judges, the Honorable Stanford Blake (Civil Division) and the Honorable Bernard Shapiro (Probate Division). She also served as a volunteer case manager for the Miami-Dade Probate Court, where she gained invaluable training and experience in Probate and Guardianship administration and litigation.
Elizabeth informs, educates, and navigates her clients through complex and often difficult probate and civil disputes. Elizabeth has practical financial proficiency she incorporates into her legal practice. Prior to practicing law, Elizabeth was an integral part of a CPA accounting firm, preparing and investigating financial records in divorces, receiverships, guardianships, and trusts. Elizabeth additionally spent many years working behind the scenes in film and television production, balancing the creative and varied needs of celebrities and directors within tight time constraints and budgets of various commercials, videos, movies, and live performances.
