Jared William Heller is an associate attorney at Stolzenberg Gelles Flynn & Arango, LLP in the firm’s probate litigation group. Jared focuses on trust and estate litigation assisting clients with cases involving will and trust contests, abuse of fiduciary duties, entitlement and challenges to inheritances, elective share, homestead disputes, claims of undue influence, fraud, duress and lack of capacity, intestate succession, and actions by and against trustees and personal representatives.

Jared was born and raised in Miami, Florida, and graduated from Miami Palmetto Senior High School in 2015. Jared later attended Tulane University gaining analytical and critical thinking skills as a Neuroscience major, graduating in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science degree. While at Tulane University, Jared also created and served as Chairman of a student-outreach program pairing college students with underprivileged youth in New Orleans to provide meaningful connections and encourage higher education. Jared went on to receive his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Miami College of Law in 2022, graduating with honors.

As a member of the Florida Bar’s Real Property Probate & Trust Law Section, Jared combines his interest in trust and estate litigation with his desire to work closely with individuals impacted by particularly sensitive matters to be an effective lawyer. Through open communication and diligent work, Jared ensures his clients find meaningful resolution in difficult situations. Jared loves all things outdoors and spends his free time fishing, paddleboarding, and playing tennis. Jared also has a passion for cooking and baking, and consults with local restaurants throughout Miami.
