Keith H. Stolzenberg is one of two managing partners at the firm. While born in Brooklyn, New York in 1965, Keith was raised, and has resided, in South Florida since 1971, having grown up in unincorporated Miami-Dade County (now the Village of Pinecrest) and currently residing in Pompano Beach, Florida. Keith graduated with a Bachelor in Science / Civil Engineering degree in 1988 from the University of Texas at Austin and earned his Juris Doctorate in 1991 from the University of Florida. Keith works between the firm’s office on Las Olas Blvd in Fort Lauderdale and the firm’s South Miami office.

Keith is a business lawyer, representing clients for all of their business legal needs from business formation, governance, operations, acquisitions to disposition, transition, winding-up and owner separations. For the firm, Keith chairs the Real Estate, Corporate Law and Commercial/Business Law Departments. Keith describes his practice as relationship based, having worked with, and for, a number of clients for over 20 years. In that time Keith has represented his clients in a wide variety of businesses ventures, including real estate acquisitions, premises leasing, work-outs, mergers and acquisitions, asset backed securitizations, private placements and employment related matters. Long-time clients include real estate developers, hoteliers, restaurateurs, auto and specialty finance companies, commercial landlords and tenants, security companies, construction contractors and trades, brokers and high net worth individuals. Keith has been involved in well over $1 billion in real estate related transactions since he began practicing law.
